bridgewater bay, blairgowrie

Wow - this spot will take your breath away!

In any season the natural beauty here at bridgewater bay in Blairgowrie will shine. Whether it’s wild and wooly with thundering noise of rolling waves all around you, or calm and tranquil - the perfect spot to bathe in a large rockpool - you will be simply blown away.

If you visit during summer, when the water is flat and calm, you will see brave people jumping from the ‘jumping rock’ into a huge, deep rockpool!

The rock formations here are just incredible and it really is awesinspiring standing amongst it all. When the tide is out, there are dozens of rockpools, with cascading mini waterfalls between large cliffs to explore. However, make sure you check the tide timing, as it can get very rough and dangerous at parts where you could be stuck.
