How good is a nice stroll through nature? Throw in some birds, frogs and possibly even an echidna, bat or koala - and you have yourselves an adventure!
Oh, and by the way - this whole walk is along a boardwalk surrounded by a lake and all sorts of flora and fauna!
The best bit - it is FREE, dog friendly (on-leash) AND pram friendly.
The length of the walk is around 3km one way - but you can extend this by crossing over to The Briars, or make it shorter if need be.
There's also a small playground with picnic tables, a BBQ and toilets near the carpark.
With the gorgeous Mt Martha bay in walking distance, this really is a perfect day out!
