saltwater, phillip island - mamma knows south

Saltwater is the first place you see as you cross the bridge into Phillip Island, so it really SHOULD be your first stop! This stunning building is perched on the Newhaven Jetty overlooking Western Port Bay so it really does have prime position!

Inside is bright and warm as the sun streams in, with an upper mezzanine level as well as ground floor where you can spy the wood fired pizza oven. Or sit outside with the lovely bay breeze.

The food here is AMAZING, and Mamma really wanted to try it ALL. You have a choice of tapas and share menus, plus great main options, pizza AND a kids menu.

Oh, and they make their own beer and wine if you are in the mood for a glass for two!
